At My Hippie Waze, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse


⏳ Processing Time

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
